"Good selection, but the pricing didn’t quite work for me"
They’ve got a decent selection, and I can see how it might be a good fit for some people. For me personally, the premiums felt a bit higher than I was expecting, so it didn’t always seem like the best deal. Not a bad experience at all, just not necessarily the option I’d choose every time.

"Market loss fee was explained clearly enough"
I ordered some silver and ended up needing to cancel part of the order later. I wasn’t thrilled about the market loss fee, but it was in the terms, and when I asked support about it they explained it clearly, straight up.

I do think it could be mentioned a little more during checkout, just so it’s more obvious before you place the order. But it wasn’t hidden or sprung on me after the fact, so overall it was a decent experience. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Smooth and Stress-Free Delivery"
My order ended up shipping sooner than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise. The tracking worked like it should, and the package showed up within a few days. It wasn’t the fastest delivery I’ve ever had, but it did what I needed it to do without any hassle. Sometimes that’s what matters most

"Super easy setup, and verification was fast!!"
I made an account on sdbullion.com, and honestly... it was easy!! Nothing weird or confusing, just the normal info, email step, and all that usual stuff.

The verification part actually went through faster than I thought it would!!! I did have to go back and fix one thing I typed wrong, but that was totally my mistake, not theirs.

Overall, it was smooth!!! I got into my account without any hassle, and for a first experience, it was definitely a good one so far...

"Tracking was right on time"
My SD Bullion delivery tracking was actually accurate. The updates came through when they were supposed to, and the package showed up right around the time it said it would. I even mentioned to my brother that it was nice not having to keep checking the tracking all day. Simple process overall, and I didn’t have any issues with the shipping info

"Good updates from start to delivery"
So... I ordered from SD Bullion and the whole process was easy to keep track of.

I got emails when my order was confirmed, when the payment cleared, and again when it shipped, so I never really felt like I had to keep checking or wonder what was going on.

The package showed up on time and everything was fine when it arrived. Overall, it was a simple, smooth experience and I don’t have any complaints.

I had to wait a while for the preorder, and the backorder updates were decent enough. Shipping was a little late, but you do end up getting it in good condition, so overall it was fine.

With how often payouts get delayed these days, I was fully expecting some kind of headache. But to be fair, this one came through right when it was supposed to. No chasing, no excuses, no weird pending status forever. So yeah, no real complaints from me this time.

"Return went fine, just took a bit"
I had to return an item, and the process itself was straightforward. No big drama there. The only thing was the refund took longer than I expected, which was a little annoying, not gonna lie. Customer service did get back to me eventually, just not exactly lightning fast. In the end, I got my money back, so it worked out, but the whole thing could definitely be a bit smoother.

"Decent experience, just a little slow on support"
I ordered from SD Bullion and had a question about my shipment. It took a couple days to hear back, which was a bit annoying since I was waiting on the order and just wanted to know what was going on. Once they did respond, the rep was polite and gave me the info I needed, so that part was fine. Overall, I’d say it was a okay experience, though I do feel like customer support could be quicker.

Checkout was straightforward, and my payment went through without any strange issues. I did have to poke around for a minute to find the card fee info, but once I saw it, everything made sense. "Rewards aren’t bad, just not great"
The promos are decent now and then, so I can’t say I haven’t saved a little along the way. But the loyalty rewards don’t add up all that fast, and it’s not like they’re nothing, just not enough to make me think of checking here first every single time.

"Legit, but the communication didn’t live up to the promise"
I did eventually get my order from SD Bullion, so I’ll give them that, they’re legit and the pricing seemed fair. But the whole update process was frustrating. They make it sound like you’ll be kept in the loop, but in reality the updates were slow and I was left wondering what was going on with my order. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but the communication definitely didn’t match what I expected.

Got my order from SD Bullion the packaging was really solid. Everything was tight and secure, nothing was rattling around, and there wasn’t any damage. I was a little worried it might be obvious what was inside, which would’ve annoyed me, but actually it was packed discreetly and handled well. Overall, happy with the experience
